Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udoma Udo Udoma, revealed this to State House correspondents in Abuja immediately at the end of the meeting.
He said the Bill will be soon presented to a joint session of the National Assembly but did not give any date.

The minister did not also give the details of the bill saying that it would amount to usurping presidential powers for him to do so.
However, he had announced that the federal government was considering a 2019 budget of N8.6 trillion, lower than the N9.1 trillion approved by lawmakers for 2018.
Udoma said the decision to reduce the estimate was because of reduced government revenue projection for 2019.
