This move came just hours before WeWake announced its token presale, which aims to introduce a walletless and gasless Web3 experience. The timing has caught the attention of both retail and institutional crypto watchers.

Blockchain analysts report that the whale wallet moved 4.2 trillion SHIB tokens to a new address linked to an exchange. While the exact reason remains unknown, the transfer aligns with increased attention on new blockchain projects launching this quarter, particularly those offering seamless user experiences.

The large-scale transfer of SHIB tokens has raised questions across the crypto market. Etherscan data shows the movement of funds took place in a single transaction and was completed with minimal slippage. Several observers believe the wallet’s movement may be tied to new project funding or token swaps.

SHIB has seen more whale activity over the past month, especially as new platforms like WeWake enter the presale stage. “It’s common for major holders to realign their portfolios before the launch of presales,” said a blockchain analyst at CoinMetrics. With over $70 million moved, speculation about possible participation in WeWake’s token presale is growing.

WeWake’s Token Presale Targets Frictionless Onboarding

The presale will support the creation of a zk-rollup-based Layer 2 network that includes ERC-4337 smart wallets and a Paymaster API. This will allow dApps to sponsor gas fees for users, making the experience similar to traditional Web2 platforms. Developers can also integrate WeWake’s SDK to simplify onboarding for their own applications.

WeWake’s roadmap includes the launch of a public Testnet by Q1 2026 and a Mainnet rollout in Q2 2026. The Testnet will offer walletless login, gasless swaps, and a sandbox for developers. The Mainnet will feature governance tools, NFT minting, and expanded cross-chain support.

Token buyers participating in the new token presale will receive early access to the WAKE token and its ecosystem features. These include staking, swap rewards, and governance participation.

WAKE Tokenomics and Roadmap Overview
