Afrobeats sensation Shedrach Augustine Effiong, better known by his stage name Shaddy Jay, has announced the release date and track list for his much anticipated debut studio album, “Graceful,” scheduled for August 9th.
Building on the success of his “Shades of Jay” EP released earlier in 2024, which garnered over a million streams on all digital platforms, Shaddy Jay is set to enthrall his fans once again with his signature Afro-pop sound. The “Graceful” album consists of 15 tracks, each promising a unique and high-quality musical experience.
In a recent interview, Shaddy Jay provided insights into the album, explaining that the title “Graceful” symbolizes his journey and the grace that has guided him to this point in his career. He also revealed that the album features collaborations with artists such as Fwezha, Tapper, Brown Edu, Blizey, and Lareh. The production team includes some of Southern Nigeria’s top talents, including Monteteaza, Asuzu, Lareh, O’giver, and Maslee.
