“We have laid a particular standard for the development of these projects and this is what is obtainable in the world’s real estate sector. Our patience to materialize this Green Acres is not only to meet the taste of our clients but to also make sure that they gain massively from investing with us.
“Our company’s core value has solely been customer-centric and we believe that only through that we can sow a reliable seed in the estate sector of this country,” he added.
While fielding questions on how the company have come into the limelight among other long-aged brands in the sector within a year, Fapohunda said it is not rocket science, adding that the firm has always made sure to research well about the prospective customer tastes and the visibility of the location becoming a great asset for whoever is keying into the project that will come forth.
Reacting on the project’s expectation, a customer, Mr James Orji said it exceeded his demand, adding, “for me it was getting a land with the right firm, at the right time and location and at the most affordable price.
“It was well-structured and apportioned. The document speaks a larger volume of credibility into the real estate firm itself. I will continue to buy from them except the company stops selling,” he added.
Another client, Miss Blessing Opeyemi said she’s pleased with what she got and that with what she has seen, she will strive to convince other people to get from the firm.
“Seven30 a great firm to do business with,” Opeyemi said.
The customers had a fun-fare moment while gifts were shared to the guests, customers and even onlookers.
