Senate won’t find peace until former govs stop making it retirement home ― Donald Duke

Published by

The former governor of Cross River and presidential aspirant, Donald Duke, has categorically stated that the Senate won’t find peace until former governors stop making it a retirement home.

Duke tweeted apparently in leaning a voice to the ongoing political cold war between the Senate and the Executive.

With the eighth Senate having a handful of governors in its chambers, the former governor expressed that only when they stopped seeing the Senate as a retirement home would the Red Chamber start experiencing peace.
