Sanwo-Olu congratulates Oloja of Epe on 25th coronation anniversary

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has felicitated the Oloja of Epe land and Chairman of Obas and Chiefs in Epe Division, Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun, on his 25th coronation anniversary, describing him as a visionary and vibrant monarch.

Governor Sanwo-Olu also congratulated Oba Animashaun, who is the Vice Chairman of Obas and Chiefs in Lagos State, on his 80th birthday.

In a congratulatory statement issued on Saturday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Gboyega Akosile, the governor described the foremost monarch as an epitome of dedication and selflessness in community service.

He also commended Oba Animashaun for his development policies in Epe land, stating that the people of Epe Division were fortunate to have a dedicated, principled, and disciplined monarch as their paramount ruler.

The governor said the Oloja of Epe land deserved all the accolades for his impactful and purposeful life, especially during the last 25 years of his reign.

He praised the monarch’s passion and commitment to the growth and development of Epe land and Lagos State, noting that since ascending the throne 25 years ago, Oba Animashaun has displayed exemplary leadership.

“On behalf of my wife, Ibijoke, and my family, as well as the government and people of Lagos State, I congratulate the Oloja of Epe land, His Royal Majesty, Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun, on his 25th coronation anniversary. I also felicitate the monarch on the auspicious occasion of his 80th birthday.

“Oba Animashaun deserves all the accolades for the impactful and purposeful life he has lived, especially in the last 25 years of his reign as the Oloja of Epe land. He is an epitome of dedication and selflessness in community service.

“Since ascending the throne of his forefathers 25 years ago, Oba Animashaun has displayed exemplary leadership in his domain. I commend his passion and commitment to the growth and development of Epe land as its paramount ruler and to Lagos State as the Vice Chairman of Obas and Chiefs in Lagos State,” Governor Sanwo-Olu stated.

“As Oba Animashaun celebrates 25 years on the throne and joins the Octogenarian Club, I pray that the Almighty God will continue to bless him with good health, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding for a continued reign of peace and prosperity in Epe land. May he witness many more fruitful years on the throne of his forefathers,” he prayed.
