Reconcile all aggrieved APC members ― Southwest APC youth

The leadership of the Southwest Youth of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has called on the National leadership of the party to pacify aggrieved members of the party in the zone ahead of any future election.

This was contained in a statement issued and signed by the Southwest youth leader of the party, Lawal Kolade, said this would help to build a more formidable political party in the zone ahead of future elections.

Kolade also urged the National leadership of APC to ensure that the Southeast geopolitical zone is considered among the leadership positions of the national assembly.

Lawal while congratulating president Muhammadu  Buhari for his victory at the last presidential poll appealed to him to consult with the Youth organ of the party as he prepares to make appointments that concern the youths.

The youth wing of the party in the region enjoined the President to look closer towards the Southwest in appointing his ministers and aides.

He said the zone has a very large number of capable and result oriented youth, with distinct expertise and experience who could handle diverse responsibilities, impressively.

He, however, expressed optimism that the president will perform beyond what it did in his first four years in office following its developmental programmes lined up in the interest of all.
