The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Youth Province One (YP1) has marked the birthday of the church’s general overseer (GO), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, with an outreach at Mother and Child Centre Hospital, Amuwo-Odofin General Hospital, Lagos.

As part of the celebration, in which the RCCG YP1 said was as a gesture of compassion and purpose, they offset the medical bills of eight newborn babies delivered on March 2, bringing relief and joy to their families.

Beyond financial support, the outreach also included the donation of essential hospital supplies, curated to support maternal and child healthcare needs for a month.

The initiative was led by the pastor in charge of the Province, Pastor Leke Adeboye; assistant pastor in charge of the province (CSR), Pastor Martins Olusakin; and assistant pastor in charge of the province (Admin), Pastor Abiodun Famojuro.

The pastors stated that their leadership continues to inspire youth-driven impact across communities.

Their efforts were further strengthened through a partnership with Pastor Shola and Pastor Mrs Adeola Olowolafe of RCCG Graceville, demonstrating the power of collaboration in advancing social interventions and taking this initiative to more than seven Mother and Child Centre Hospitals in Lagos metropolis.

“The life and teachings of our father in the Lord inspire us to give, uplift, and stand in the gap for those in need. This outreach is a reflection of that calling, bringing hope where it is most needed,” Pastor Leke Adeboye said.

Pastor Adeboye noted that the outreach underscores RCCG Youth Province One’s ongoing commitment to community development, humanitarian service, and faith in action.

He added that the province continues to translate spiritual leadership into tangible societal impact.
