The season three and four will mark the show’s 100th episode, a huge milestone that would continue to reflect the struggles, joys, sadness, secrets and realities faced by an average middle class Yoruba family in an exclusive entertainment mode, would be displayed on Africa Magic Yoruba Channel 157 in few weeks to come.
While talking to the journalists at the press briefing, the Producer of the the Awon Aladun de sitcom, Mr Adeleye Fabusoro who doubles as the CEO of Rare Edge Media, describes the feat as one that is achievable with the help of the Almighty God, his indefatigable team and casts and as well the fans all over the world.
Mr Adeleye said they are planning to introduce 4 new major characters in the forthcoming Season 3 and 4, in order to keep the drama fresh.
“We are not just going to introduce these four new characters, but also intensify our production vibe with sensible innovations to motivate our fans and make them yearn for more of our productions.”
One of the major actors in the sitcom, Fehintoluwa Jebutu, popularly known as Junior Adun in the series, a graduate of the department of Theatre Art, University of Ibadan expressed his gratitude to the producer for introducing him to the drama which serves his major debut.
Also present at the event were the DSTV representatives, the Awon Aladun De casts; Iretioluwa Roberts-Mrs Adun, Akinola Akano-Segbowe.
The four new casts set to be introduced are two Nollywood veterans; Jaiye Kuti and Olaiya Igwe, Tunde Oladimeji, the anchor of the popular TV show called Arambara and Tunde Ojobaro, also known as Mc rain.
