Police in Lagos State has arrested five people who in the past allegedly stole female underwears in the Oko area of the state.
The image maker-in-charge of the state police command, Bala Elkana, confirmed the arrest of the suspects to Tribune Online.
Members of the gang confessed to have been stealing female underwears for ritual purpose.
