Priscilla Ojo, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, has announced that she is expecting a child with her Tanzanian singer husband, Juma Jux.
In a series of pregnancy photos shared on her Instagram account on Thursday, Priscilla proudly revealed her baby bump and captioned the post, “MOM & DAD. BLESSED • GRATEFUL • THANKFUL.”
The announcement comes a few months after the couple’s white wedding ceremony, which took place in Lagos on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
Tribune Online reports that Juma Jux recently opened up about the emotional and spiritual journey that preceded their union, particularly Priscilla’s decision to embrace Islam.
In an interview with Afrik Media, he reflected on the deeply personal process, revealing the challenges he encountered while guiding his wife through her religious transition.
He described the journey as emotionally demanding, requiring patience and support from Islamic scholars and devoted individuals who mentored him on the proper approach.
According to the singer, he leaned on the wisdom of religious leaders who urged him to be gentle and offered him guidance on how to engage Priscilla in meaningful conversations about Islam.
