In a significant recognition of professional excellence, Mr Philip Ojiegbu has been formally inducted as a Fellow of the Institute of Productivity and Business Innovation Management (IPBIM), one of the foremost institutions advancing the science of productivity and innovation management globally.
The induction, confirmed in an official communication dated October 10, 2024, by the Institute’s Governing Council and Membership Committee, places Ojiegbu among the top 10 per cent of distinguished professionals whose contributions to organisational growth and innovation have been adjudged to have an exceptional impact.
The IPBIM, known for its rigorous selection process, cited Ojiegbu’s remarkable achievements in project management, digital transformation leadership, and innovation in business processes as the basis for this prestigious recognition.
Among his notable contributions is the creation of ProPulse- Smart IT Project Performance & Risk Optimiser, a proprietary five-pillar strategic assessment framework. ProPulse has been hailed as transformative, reducing project overruns by 25 per cent, improving delivery timelines by 30 per cent, and enhancing executive satisfaction across diverse industries.
Ojiegbu’s leadership track record spans more than eight years, covering high-risk, complex projects across financial services and enterprise technology. He has consistently demonstrated a rare ability to align stakeholder objectives with precise execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Beyond his technical innovations, the Institute also lauded his efforts in capacity building and mentorship, where he has coached cross-functional teams in agile delivery, strengthened communities of practice, and elevated organisational standards through knowledge-sharing and training.
Holding global professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, and Nebosh, as well as advanced degrees including an MBA, MSc, and B.Eng., Ojiegbu represents the calibre of thought-leadership that IPBIM seeks to spotlight in its fellowship.
