Global soft drink producer, Pepsi has apologised over its recent advert campaign which became viral on social media for the wrong reasons.
The advert in concern was launched on Tuesday and in less than 24 hours, social media was abuzz with it.
The commercial showed Jenner handing a can of Pepsi to a police officer, after which the crowd cheered and presumably achieving world peace. The advert caused uproar over claims it mimicked protests over police killings of black people in America.
The advert was subsequently pulled and Pepsi offered this apology:
