Pen!s size doesn’t determine men’s sexual performance — Experts

Specialists in human sexology have dispelled the notion that penis size significantly impacts sexual function or fertility.

According to experts, hormonal levels, sperm quality, and overall health play a much more significant role in determining sexual performance and fertility.

Speaking to PUNCH Healthwise, Clinical Sexologist Cecilia Agu emphasised that penis size receives undue attention, and other factors contribute more substantially to sexual satisfaction.

Agu noted that women prioritize emotional connection, chemistry, and creativity over size.

Agu explained that societal standards often equate penis size with masculinity or sexual prowess due to historical myths, cultural symbols, and media hype.

However, she stressed that size is not a major factor in fertility or performance, and that genuine sexual satisfaction is rarely about size.

“For most men, what truly matters is overall health, the chemistry and emotional well-being with your wife, and the creativity you bring to the bedroom. Rare conditions might signal hormonal issues, but generally, size is not a major factor in fertility or performance.

“When it comes to genuine sexual satisfaction, size is rarely the headline act. Instead of stressing about measurements, focus on building that playful, passionate connection and keeping your body in top form.

“I know that it is easier said than done, but as a woman, and a sexologist, size does not matter to a larger percentage of women who are self-aware and confident in the bed, how you use what you have is the most important thing,” she said.
