Pelican Valley boss, others billed for business networking event in London

As part of efforts expected to boost diasporan remittances, many Nigerians in the United Kingdom will converge on Crown Plaza Hotel, London for the Avenue Impact Winner Ball slated for December 3rd.

Among those expected at the exclusive networking event among other project professionals is the Chairperson of the Nigeria Diaspora Commission Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa and Pelican Valley CEO, Babatunde Adeyemo, who will enlighten Nigerians in the UK about investment opportunities back home in Nigeria, particularly in the real estate industry.

Adeyemo assured of his readiness to help Nigerians living abroad to benefit from the Pelican Valley’s many products, which he said were designed to suit their taste and peculiar needs.

Some of the products being promoted by Adeyemo include Pelican Valley Estate, Pelican Brief Estate, Pelican’s Ecostay Apartments and Pelican Valley Greenish Acres Farm Estate located in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.

He explained that he would specifically guide event participants on the prospects in the real estate business and where to invest for assured ROI while drawing from his over a decade of practical experience in Nigeria’s real estate industry.

Receiving Adeyemo at Heathrow Airport, London, the convener and Director of Avenue Impact Limited, Funso Akinwunmi, said all is set for the event participants to embrace the once-in-a-lifetime investment opportunity.

The organisers revealed that Mr Smart Kemiki will also give property portfolio insights at the event while Paul Play Dairo will do a live performance.

The London business trip will herald the Canada Trade Mission that Adeyemo is scheduled to attend in 2024. During the exhibition organised by Solteque Group, over half a billion dollar investment is estimated to be attracted to Ogun State to create jobs and further drive the socio-economic fortunes of the state.
