PEFA Solutions has advocated tech-driven, user-friendly solutions to solve some of the challenges facing the real estate market in Nigeria.
Samson Okolinta, co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of PEFA Solutions, made this known on Friday through a communique to pressmen.
Okolinta stated that in PEFA’s bid to find sustainable solutions to some of the pressing problems facing the real estate business in the country, they founded Homifi Homes and Properties, a tech-enabled real estate firm.
He stated that Homifi represented a significant milestone in PEFA’s entrepreneurial journey, demonstrating their commitment to solving problems that exist in the real estate sector.
He further stated that Homifi was designed to simplify the property searching and buying process, adding that it was inspired by the challenges faced by first-time homebuyers.
“Homifi aims to create a more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly experience, and to connect buyers and sellers in the real estate market seamlessly and efficiently.
“We strive to provide a platform that empowers individuals to make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals,” he added.

According to Okolinta, Homifi serves as a direct buyer-agent connection, has exclusive property offers and customisable search filters, has a user-friendly interface and is capable of instant property updates, and is also capable of smart lead generation and prioritisation.
The PEFA CEO revealed that their web app allows buyers to specify key criteria such as their budget, preferred location, and property type while enabling real estate agents to easily respond with tailored offers, property pricing, and relevant solutions.
“This real-time interaction empowers both parties to move forward more decisively and expeditiously, creating opportunities for agents to engage with pre-qualified buyers and access exclusive leads,” he said.
Okolinta lamented that as a first-time homebuyer, he experienced the frustration and stress of navigating the complex real estate market.
He, however, added that after years of research, collaboration, and innovation, Homifi now combines cutting-edge technology, expert guidance, and personalised support to streamline the property search process.
The PEFA CEO attributed the success of Homifi to God for providing the inspiration, and as well to the creative members of the team such as, Dr. Festus Babarinde, executive director of HomiFi, Francis Oraeki, chief operating officer (COO) of Homifi; Kayode Ishola, and Casmiro Cas Da Silva.
“Together, this team of experts is committed to revolutionising the real estate industry by providing a user-friendly and transparent platform for buyers and sellers,” he said.
