Oyo Speaker mourns ex-SSG, Koleoso

Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Honourable Adebo Ogundoyin, has mourned the death of Koleoso, who he described as a true patriot that served Oyo State with unwavering commitment and loyalty.

In a statement by his media office, Ogundoyin said Koleoso will be remembered for his selfless service, wisdom and contributions to the development of Oyo State.

The statement read: “We have lost a great elder statesman, whose wisdom, experience, and dedication to service have left an indelible mark on our dear state. Chief Koleoso was a true patriot, who served Oyo State with unwavering commitment and loyalty.

“Koleoso’s distinguished career in public service, particularly his tenure as SSG, during which he played a crucial role in shaping the state’s policies and programs.

“Chief Koleoso was a guiding light, whose counsel was sought by many, and his guidance was invaluable to our administration.

“His passing is a tremendous loss, not only to his family but to the entire state.”
