Oyinlola heads PDP 25-man national reconciliation committee

The National Working Committee (NWC) has constituted a National Reconciliation Committee (NRC) in an attempt to create common ground among its feuding members.

The setting up of the committee followed its approval by the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC).

The list released by Debo Ologunagba, National Publicity Secretary, named former Osun State Governor Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola as the chairman.

Members are Hon. Chibudom Nwuche, Alh. Bello Tafidan Gusau, Chief Sen. Ben Ndi Obi, Sen. Tunde Ogbeha, Sen. Shuaibu Isa Lau, Dr. Esther Uduehi (BOT), Sen. Zainab Kure, Kabiru Tanimu Turaki, Alhaja Mutia Olayinka Ladoja, and Dr. Abimbola Ogunkelu.

Others are Rt. Hon. Ude Oko-Chukwu, Rt. Hon. Dr. Boyelayefa Debekeme, Chief Emmanuel Ogidi, Dr. Eddy Olafeso, Chief Dan Ulasi, Hon. Abdulsamad Dasuki, Otunba Segun Showunmi, Barr. Amina B.B. Faruk, and Alh. Hamza Akuyan Koshe.

The rest are Evang. Mike Ikoku, Oloye Jumoke Akinjide, Comrade Bisi Fakayode, Sen. Ibrahim Dankwambo (Member/Secretary), and Chief Anicho Okoro (Administrative Secretary).

Ologunagba said the committee will be inaugurated on a date to be communicated in due course.

The NWC charged all leaders, critical stakeholders, and teeming members of the PDP to remain focused and committed to the vision, principles, and aspirations of the party in the overall interest of the growth, development, and stability of the PDP and the nation.
