THE emergence of Mr Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola as the Governor-Elect of Osun State after the last Thursday rerun gubernatorial poll in the state has been attributed to Governor Rauf Aregbesola’s good governance for the past eight years and enduring legacy projects which encouraged the electorate to vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the exercise.
This as contained in a press release issued by Engineer Olalekan Badmus, while felicitating with Oyetola on his victory in the Osun State 2018 governorship election.
According to a statement, signed by the media aide of Badmus, Mr Toba Ajisafe, which was forwarded to the Nigerian Tribune in Osogbo on Sunday, “the victory of this credible election is a testament of Aregbesola’s good governance and intellectual capacity of Gboyega Oyetola to translate a wilderness to a fruitful vine and desert to valley.”

Badmus, an aspirant of the House of Representative, contesting for Irepodun/Olurunda/Osogbo/Orolu Federal Constituency under the APC congratulated the newly elected governor of the state which he termed, his hard-won electoral victory, the development would further enhance steady social and economic growth of the state.
The statement reads, ” I want to congratulate All Progressives Congress and Governor-elect, Mr Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola for the mind-blowing victory. I also congratulate the good people of Osun for making their voice to be loud and clear in this election. Beyond reasonable doubt, the reward of hard work is more work and Oyetola had worked very hard when he was the Chief-of-Staff to Governor Rauf Aregbesola.”
“Now that the election has come and gone and the mandate has been given to the chosen one, I want the entire citizens of Osun to corporate with APC- led government and support the vision and agenda of the incoming administration of Mr Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola, the statement concluded.
For good governance, he can’t win with landslide, instead he had to go for re-run. Very shameful.
Nor be only good governance

So much impunity in Buhari’s corrupt administration.
Buhari, sign the electoral act and stop deceiving the international community that the election Will be free and fair.
Already INEC chairman is a criminal, he must be arrested. He cannot conduct a free and fair elections.
1. He falsified documents of kogi electorate and forged their signatures just to get at Dino
2. He rigging Ekiti state elections with 30,000 Nigerian police officers.
3. He attempted to stop issuing PVCs when he realized that north had collected more PVCs than south.
4. He Covered up for underage voters in North.
5. He wants to use N6billion to feed police in 2019 elections when the same money can pay police salaries and pension for one year, to reduce police misconduct. This is the same police he used to rig elections in ekiti state.
6. INEC connived with touts to sell PVCs to individuals at N1,500 in lagos. Go to Ikorodu INEC office and you will not be disappointed. How is this INEC chairman credible?
7. After cancelling so many viable votes, and sending INEC official to tear ballot papers of Adeleke’s votes, Adeleke of PDP still won the election. Yet INEC, with all its impunity and corruption refused to declare Adeleke winner. Shame on these thieves.
8. Instead Buhari sends Nigeria military to terrorize osun state and hand over the state to APC. This is not democracy. Democracy was when Adeleke of PDP won the election in a leveled playing field and without the intimidation of the police and military.
9. CSOs raise alarm over purchase of PVCs from their owners in Kano state. Yet corrupt INEC is deaf and blind to it. Perhaps this is the 2.9million voter who would likely vote for Buhari. This is what the governor of Kano state was referring to, when he said that 1.2million votes are ready for Buhari.
10. ETC
Our votes are not safe with this corrupt criminal called INEC chairman. He must be arrested. This man is unfit to conduct a free and fair elections. He is working for corrupt Buhari and not for Nigeria.
LIES LIES LIES…….!!!!!
If Buhari was a commodity in the market, it would have been banned because it is a bad product.
Nigeria borrows N2.7trillion in one year to do what? Everything about Buhari is forgery and lies:
0. Presidency borrows $3.1bn usd for road and railway 7 months to presidential election.
1. Buhari himself forged waec certificate
2. His finance minister forged nysc certificate
3. His ministers forged 25billion dollars nnpc contact, then lied till today.
4. In Aso rock clinic embezzlement, documents were forged to cover up. Yet deficit was still short of billions.
5. Buhari himself as protroleum minister till now cut out 50billion naira petroleum account to himself and then forged a cover up. No one can question him on that till now.
6. Assisted by Buhari, Gov. Bello of kogi with inec, forged signatures of the electorate to recall Dino. Thank God kogi people stood their ground.
7. Adamawa state governor (Jibrilla Bindow) sued for forging SSCE certificate.
8. They lie about everything, lie about economy, lie about security, lie about electricity, lie about employment, and even lie about jellof rice.
9. Buhari used 30,000 police officers with Inec officials to rig election in Ekiti for APC.
10. INEC acts on Buhari’s instruction to cancel election result in Osun state just because Adeleke of PDP won gubernatorial election. Then Buhari sends fayemi of Ekiti to woo Omishore to support APC for a rerun after instructing INEC officials to tear ballot papers of those who voted for Adeleke of PDP.
11. APC offered Omisore N450 million to sell osun state to APC and he did. Osun state is so cheap to buy.
12. …….and finally Oshiomole admitted that APC RIGGED Osun gubernatorial election.
13. They lie about giving ASUU N20bn and ASUU responded immediately to their lie by cautioning to stop the lying.
14. ETC
How many jobs has this government been able to create? 7.9milliion Nigerians who were already employed lost their jobs in just 21 months of Buhari’s administration. Undergraduates are not nigeria’s problems. Buhari is nigeria’s problems. He is supposed to be sent back to school to write waec because he doesn’t have a certificate. He has destroyed Nigeria with his bad policies. You cannot transfer the failures of this government on poor people. This is foolishness.
This is a typical example of how Buhari’s policies has been destroying the country for the past 3 years counting. We have a bunch of clueless individuals in Buhari’s administration. Yet everyday, they boast of their stupidity. What do you expect from a man who cannot produce his waec certificate?
Buhari and APC have completely destroyed Nigeria with very bad policies. It’s a shame that Kenyan airlines has added to the statistics. They lied to us:
LIE NUMBER 1: Corruption is responsible for Nigeria’s economy woes.
The simple question which we all should be asking ourselves is, ‘why is it that EFCC has recovered all these money, from looters, yet nigeria’s economy has not improved and still so bad,? We have all been deceived into believing that it is looted money that is responsible for Nigeria’s economic woes but it is not because one would think that if looted money was recovered, Nigeria’s economy should improve, but this is not the case. The economy is running aground instead. All we do is gabbage in gabage out, swallowing all the lies they tell us, without reasoning. APC has been peddling the lies to the gullible. Meanwhile, EFCC is APC’s mechinery to hunt down all political enemies of Buhari and APC.
LIE NUMBER 2
Oil price is the cause of Nigeria’s economic woes.
They all give low oil price as reason for failed economic policies, but also forgot to mention that Buhari was aware of dynamic oil price before he made the promise to Nigerians that he will make 1 naira = 1 dollar, deceiving Nigerians to get the votes. Secondly they forgot to mention that oil price during past administrations was not static, yet past governments were able to balance dynamic oil prices with good economic policies to buffer the economy, this was the reason Nigeria became the largest economy in Africa. Almost all oil producing country around the world are now stable except the nigerian economy. So you no longer need to wonder why Buhari is compared to GEJ. More than 40 flights have stopped flighing in Nigeria including international flights. Ethiopian airlines wants to buy Arik Air. More than 37 Companies and foreign investors have stopped operation in Nigeria, including the famous tomato factory. In Buhari’s first yr in office, the banking sector and other institutions fired so many employees increasing the percentage of unemployment. CBN rolled out very bad policies that drove investors out of the country which today they (CBN) have reversed, and the list goes on. All these events are not caused by low oil prices. Buhari and his APC government are just a mess. They messed up this country. They destroyed this country with very bad policies.
LIE NUMBER 3
Lack of diversification of the economy is responsible for economic woes.
Yet instead of spending time and resources on diversifying the economy. They go back to look for more oil in Sokoto, Borno, benue states, etc ….that same oil they are blaming as the cause of Nigeria’s economic woes.
Buhari, APC and FG are liars. They have no viable economic policies to the drive the Nigerian economy.
Agm Greenman, buhari is currently the face of corruption in nigeria right now.
Mockering of the highest order in failed Apc government
Satan has taken over leadership in Nigeria
Testimony of not able to pay workers salary
Hahaha, meaning ?
I concur. How can any reasonable person say such of Aregbesola govt in Osun? Osun people spoke loudly with their votes on Saturday but the power that be thwarted the will of the people in a well planned coup against democracy called rerun. If the Judiciary fails to do the needful in this open day robbery then I will give up on this country and seek asylum in another country ASAP.
