The Grand Imam of Osun State, Sheikh Musa Animashaun, has emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship for Muslim youths in today’s economy.
The Grand Imam stated this during the launch and inauguration of an entrepreneurship empowerment program for students of Arabic and Islamic schools in Osun State, organized by Al-Fityattun Muslim Organization.
Representing the Chief Imam, Mufasir Sheikh Abdulateef Oladotun Yusuf Abajaoro encouraged students to take advantage of the entrepreneurship program launched by Al-Fityattun Muslim Organization.
Sheikh Abajaoro praised the initiative and urged students to take the training seriously, noting that it could be a source of income and empowerment as he officially launched the program.
According to him, the program held last Saturday aims at empowering students of Arabic and Islamic schools in Osun State and is designed to equip them with essential skills for success in business and entrepreneurship.
The guest speakers and industry experts, including Dr. Abdulazeez Adebakin, encouraged Muslim youths to be patient, trustworthy, and willing to take business risks to achieve success.

He also mentioned perseverance, networking, and interpersonal relationships as key elements in being an entrepreneur.
He added that the program is expected to provide a platform for Muslim students to develop their entrepreneurial skills and become self-sufficient.
The Chairperson, Hajia Rasaq Ramota Ajoke, in her speech, appreciated the Grand Imam of Osun State, Sheikh Musa Animashaun, for accepting the project in Osun State.
She also significantly appreciated Sheikh Murtadoh Abioye for his immense effort in making the event a successful one.
