No fewer than 200 students of an Islamiyya school were kidnapped in Rafi local government area of Niger State.
It was gathered that the bandits stormed the school around 4.30 pm when the students were receiving lessons.
Findings gathered that one person was killed and one of the students was critically injured during the attack.
According to a resident of the area, Islamiyya known as ‘Salihu Tanko Islamiyya school’ located in Tegina town where the students were abducted was built by a retired immigration officer.
At the time of filing this report, there was no statement from the police or state government.
