Ondo guber: Be magnanimous in victory, APC chieftain charges Aiyedatiwa

A business mogul and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo, Dr Jide Adewinle, has charged Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, to be magnanimous in victory, ensure fair and even distribution of projects across the three senatorial districts in the state.

Adewinle who started this in a congratulatory message to Aiyedatiwa advised him to also extend hands of fellowship to all those who contested against him, to build and develop the state to ensure a better Sunshine state.

Adewinle equally charged Aiyedatiwa’s opponent to desist from politics of bitterness but appealed to them to join hands to develop the state to rank the state as one of the best in the comity of state.

According to him, “extend a heartfelt call for unity among all governorship aspirants and candidates, including Agboola Ajayi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Olugbenga Edema of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP).

“It is unprecedented that the electorate has spoken in one voice to elect him across all 18 local governments in Ondo State.

“This unprecedented overwhelming support is a testament to the trust and confidence the people have in his leadership and vision”

“I urge all aggrieved parties to set aside their differences and join hands in support of Aiyedatiwa. Together, we can enable him to deliver on his promises and drive the growth and development that our communities deserve.

“In the spirit of compassion, adaptability, and generosity that His Excellency embodies, I urge him to connect with all candidates.

“By doing so, he can promote an inclusive and cooperative atmosphere that leverages the unique strengths of various perspectives for the advancement of Ondo State.

“Let us unite for the greater good of Ondo State and work together towards a prosperous future”

He added; “I wish to express my appreciation for Lucky Aiyedatiwa, acknowledging his exceptional leadership qualities, visionary outlook, and remarkable capacity to guide our state towards a more promising future.

“His vast experience and extensive network have successfully drawn considerable investment interest to Ondo State, underscoring his dedication to fostering economic growth and progress.
