IN a bid to rescue young Nigerians from various ills bedeviling them presently, as well as help youth discover their God’s given purpose on earth, the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Dr. Daniel Olukoya has commissioned Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries,  Region 8,  Mega Youth and Young  Adult Church Auditorium, adjacent MFM  South-West 1 Region, Opposite Muda Lawal Stadium, Asero, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The youth church which gave full scholarships to over 100 students from different tertiary institutions, cash gifts, and food gifting to hundreds of members and non-members has constantly been a citadel of transformation and an arena of testimonies for youth, teenagers, and students alike.

According to the General Overseer, of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries worldwide, the establishment of Youth churches by the ministry across the world is part of the Ministry’s  70 Points Youth Repositioning Agenda which is to capture  Youth(s) and Young Adults for Christ, Reposition Youth to be blessings to generations rather than being a liability,  help youths discover their God-given purpose as well as fulfill their God’s given destinies.

Olukoya said ‘‘a platform was needed to help bring youth and  young people together; for Christ and Godly Biblical teachings,  rescue young men and women of this generation from the destructive agenda of the devil, as well as to squash  and destroy the agenda of the agents of darkness to destroy the destiny of Youth(s ), hence the birth of the Youth Church in  Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries.”

The Youth Church is to secure, safeguard, and reposition the destinies of the youth of this generation.

Olukoya commended the Regional Overseer in charge of the MFM Mega Youth Church, Abeokuta, Pastor Olakunle Salami, and his wife Pastor(Mrs.) Omobolanle Salami for keying into the vision of the church, for establishing Youth Church which has also been a vehicle for Evangelism.

On his part, the Regional Overseer in charge of the Youth Church Pastor Olakunle  Salami testified that the Youth Church which started fifteen years ago in Abeokuta has transformed, molded as well, and remolded destinies for good. He said God has given career and academic breakthroughs to members of the Youth Church through several deliverance prayer programmes and Biblical teachings.

According to the Youth Pastor, Salami, the church through its life-transforming biblical teachings, seminars, mentoring, and deliverance prayers has repositioned the youth and completely delivered them from satan’s plots to abort their divine destinies and life allocations. He maintained that the MFM youth church has engaged and empowered the youth to have good and Godly success.

The pastor stressed that a lot of destinies are been fulfilled and are still under fulfillment from time to time, revealed that the church has Representatives all over the world, and added that the church is a transitional place that has produced a lot of leaders, locally and internationally.

On their part, the Senior Regional Overseer(SRO)/ Mega Regional Overseer (MRO) in Charge of MFM South West 1 Region, Abeokuta, Pastor  Olugbenga Oyewunmi, and the  Senior Regional Overseer (SRO)/ Mega Regional Overseer (MRO) in charge of MFM  Sango/Ota Mega Region,  Ogun state, Pastor  Adewale Adeolumuyiwa thanked  God for the Abeokuta Mega Crusade themed “Connecting to the God of Wonders” which they said was a divine visitation of the awesomeness of the power of God.
