“It has been a journey of growth and sustained value creation which comes with greater responsibilities. Whatever achievement made by the executive management of ORC in the last two years could be attributed to the efforts of the founding fathers and subsequent leadership.
“My advice to the new incoming Exco is to refocus, leverage on the experience of Trustees, and implement the restructuring of the ORC activities in line with original intentions of the founding fathers. All these should be an immediate priority for the period 2024-2026.
“On behalf of the executive management, I will like to extend my deep appreciation to the entire members of ORC, your invaluable support has been the key to our achievement and it is deeply appreciated. I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the unselfish contributions through donations to the ORC. It helps the continuity of our commitment to serving the community.
“Your act of generosity is not taken for granted I can not end my speech without remembering members of this club who have gone to the world beyond, we pray for their continuing rest peacefully.
