Lagos State-based content creator and philanthropist Oga Amos is one of the Nigerians leading the way in the online content creation industry of Nigeria.
The Adamawa-born star who currently resides in Lagos State started his career in 2018 and since then has garnered a huge following on social media. His contents are not only entertaining but also educative for old and young.
Hailing from Anambra State, born, Victor Chibueze Chukwujama on 8th April 1999 in Yola, Adamawa State, the first child out of 3 siblings, Oga Amos relocated to Lagos State in 2001 with his family at age 2 where he enrolled at Bright Excellence Children School and eventually graduated from Command Secondary School in Lagos State.
Sadly Oga Amos lost his mother at the age of 17, in 2016 to be precise.
Oga Amos, who is also an aspiring actor began his content creation in 2018 and gradually made moves that is speaking for him today. From publishing short comedy videos on YouTube in 2018 to publishing on his social media platforms which currently houses over 4 million people.
Is he a Jack of all trades? Amos, who is also an artiste is the person behind the slang ‘More Love To The Street’ which he popularized on social media and also released as a musical single last year titled the latter ‘More Love To The Street’.
With more than 12 million likes on his TikTok page and a dedicated cult of followers on his Facebook page, Oga Amos is not only known for his contents but also his philanthropic works which landed him an interview at WapTV in 2023.
Started out by publishing short comedy clips on YouTube under Naija Blue Arrow in 2018, he began publishing on his social media platforms such as his Facebook which currently houses 2 million people after he met Xploit Comedy in 2020, he credits the group as an inspiration behind his move in publishing on his social media platforms. The following year he rebranded to Oga Amos.
Since the beginning of his career, he has received several accolades, notably the “Best Skit Maker of the Year” awarded to him in Ghana by the Iconic Social Media Lifestyle Awards (2022), and has collaborated with top names like Mr Ibu, James Brown, Mama Ukah and Charles Okocha.
