Abioro, in his congratulatory message, described Ipadeola as a thoroughbred professional who has carved a niche for himself in his chosen career.

The Agosasa-born politician explained that he has no doubt that the Chairman will use his wealth of experience and expertise to nurture the new chapel to enviable position.

He added that the newly created chapel and its elected officers must uphold and unrelentingly safeguard the watchdog role of the media in the society.

According to him, the society will continue to look up to their members for fair, balanced and objective journalism.

“let me congratulate my dear brother, Seyi Ipadeola, aka Omo Iya Alamala, as he is fondly called by the Radio enthusiasts for his election as the Pioneer Chairman of the Premium Radio Chapel of the Ogun NUJ. All I can say is that it is well deserved.

“Anyone who is closer to this Broadcast Journalist of repute will know that he is a great asset to the media profession and all I can wish him is a successful tenure.

“I admonish him and his team, as well as members of the chapel to work together in unison as the society depends on them for well-balanced reportage” The NNPP Chieftain stated.

Abioro also urged members of the chapel to forge greater unity in the union, engage in productive dialogue to resolve any issue inimical to the progress of the association.
