In a monumental stride towards bolstering educational technology, the Richard George Foundation (RGF), in collaboration with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), has unveiled a 30 million naira state-of-the-art digital economy centre at the Sancta Maria Catholic College of Nursing Sciences, Uzairue, Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State.
The initiative, which was lauded by stakeholders as a game-changer in educational infrastructure, received accolades from dignitaries including the Director-General of NITDA, Kashifu Inuwa, represented by Sir Lawrence Dirisu, the agency’s Deputy Director of Research and Development.
In his remarks, Inuwa highlighted the strategic significance of leveraging technology to drive educational transformation, emphasizing the agency’s commitment to fostering partnerships that advance innovation and progress.
Mr. Richard George, founder of the Richard George Foundation, expressed profound gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to educational advancement.
