AS the results of the last Saturday presidential elections are being collated, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the results of four out of 17 local government areas of Enugu State with the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar in an early lead ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Muhammadu Buhari and other candidates.

In Enugu South, PDP scored 25,631 votes while APC scored 2,350. In Aninri, PDP polled 19,062 votes while APC polled 1,462. The results from Ezeagu show that PDP garnered 15,525 votes as against 3,103 votes polled by APC. In Enugu North, PDP polled 24,921 while APC polled 1,828.
