A Non-Governmental Organisation, (NGO) Marafa Mentorship Forum (MMF) has distributed food to 10,000 patients at hospitals and less privileged persons in the state.
Speaking on Monday during the formal launching for the distribution of the food at federal medical center Gusau, Zamfara state, the chairman Marafa Mentorship Forum (MMF) Dr, Mikailu salihu Mafara said it was a pay back gesture by the Forum in the state.
According to Mikailu the gesture was to support and appreciated senator Kabiru Garba Marafa’s giant efforts made for the upliftment of youth in the state.
“We prepared cook rice, package with meat for 10,000 patients at Federal medical center Gusau, Yariman Bakura Specialist hospital and some other hospitals in Gusau the state capital as part of humanitarian assistance to less privileged person in the state.”
He said Senator Marafa is a beacon of hope to youth in all ramifications, youth need to appreciate his support and encouragement, he deserves to be celebrated.
“Our own senator Kabiru Garba Marafa has attain 64 years old,we celebrate with him and wish him the very best,we assured to stand for him at any time, any day.”
The forum has also disclosed that Marafa has secured scholarships for any youth to study at various high institutions, secured employment at federal and state government
At Federal medical center Gusau, patients who have benefits from the gesture pray for Marafa and all those who saw to their needs when their were in dear need.
