NAF trainer aircraft crashes in Makurdi

Nigerian Air Force FT-7NI trainer aircraft on Friday crashed in Makurdi, Benue State, while on a routine training exercise.

Eyes witness accounts said that the 2 pilots on board survived the crash after successfully ejecting from the aircraft

They said that there was no loss of lives or damage to any property around the area of impact.

Reacting to the incident, NAF, Director of Public Relations and Publicity, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet said that the survivors are in good condition and responding to treatment.
