Why does my urine stream split into two or more streams when I urinate? I can’t control it as it scatters everywhere. Kindly help me.
Samuel (by SMS)
A split urine stream can occur due to several factors, primarily affecting the urethra or bladder. Common causes include adhesion of the urethra’s edges, which can temporarily stick together, meatal stenosis (narrowing of the urethral opening), and urethral stricture (narrowing due to scar tissue).
Other potential causes are enlarged prostate, urinary tract infections, and even kidney stones. If this issue persists, consulting a medical expert is advisable.
