I am a 17-year-old student. I recently noticed that unlike my other mates, I have only one testicle in my scrotum. On enquiry, my mother informed me that I was born that way. Can I father a child with just one testicle? Kindly let me know what I can do about this. I am afraid.

The human testicle produces millions of sperms out of which, only one sperm is needed for fertilisation to take place. In view of this, one testicle is enough to father a lot of children. Therefore, you have nothing to be afraid of.
