I will be 51 years next year March and I am experiencing frequent urination sometimes four times before morning. I want to know if this amounts to a sign of Prostate enlargement. Kindly let me know what to do.

Even though the Prostate normally grows bigger with age, what should first come to mind with your presentation of frequent urination should be Diabetes before Prostate enlargement. In view of this, I will advise that you go for a Blood Sugar examination to rule out Diabetes Mellitus. This can then be followed by a Rectal Examination by a competent doctor to know if you also have Prostate enlargement or not.
