MultiChoice extends Call Centre service hours for Festive Season

MultiChoice Nigeria, has once again reiterated its commitment of better service delivery to its customers this festive season.

In a continued bid to shape the business in anticipation of customer needs, MultiChoice Call Centre operating hours will now be from 8 am to 12 am Monday to Sunday from the 4th till the 31st of December, 2017. Normal operating hours of 8am to 9pm will resume from 1st January, 2018.

According to the Managing Director, MultiChoice Nigeria, Mr John Ugbe, the extension of the Call Centre operating hours is one of the ways the company is making it easier for customers to reach us during the festive season.

“By extending our operating hours, we will be able to enhance the level of service delivery this yuletide in a significant way”, Ugbe said.

Ugbe also said: “As a business, we take a ‘customer first’ approach which involves anticipating customer needs especially during the festive season when we know that families will sit together at home to enjoy our content. They may also need to make enquiries or find out more about other products or services. We remain committed to implementing solutions that will resonate with our customers and lead to improved customer service”, he concluded.
