The MTN Nigeria Communications, PLC earlier today condemned the hate, prejudice, and the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and other foreigners by South Africans.
In a statement signed by the CEO-MTN Nigeria, Ferdi Moolman, he reiterated on the need for the attack to stop calling it an act of injustice that is punishable by the law.
“We seek to connect people, bring people together and provide a platform for everyone’s voice to be heard. We are against all forms of bigotry and discrimination; they should have no place in our society,” the statement reads.

He further said “that everyone has the right to a world where the rights and freedom are respected, Â to live and earn a living, freely, safely and also protected by law,” he maintained.
