In a strong display of support for Nigeria’s burgeoning digital economy, the Honourable Minister, Bosun Tijani, spent time with Fellows from the 3MTT Nigeria Community, Oyo State at the SQI College of ICT, Dugbe Campus, Ibadan.
During the visit, the Minister expressed excitement at hearing firsthand success stories from Fellows such as Deborah, Sanusi, and Kehinde, along with other ALCs participating in the 3MTT program.
Speaking at the gathering, Minister Bosun highlighted the significant impact the program has had on its participants, saying he is continually inspired by the extensive reach of 3MTT. He noted how the Fellows’ accounts of personal and professional growth reflect the transformative nature of the initiative.
“I am always inspired by the extensive reach and impact of the program as I meet 3MTT Fellows all over Nigeria,” he remarked. “I remain committed to scaling the program further for the benefit of many more of our citizens.”
In recognition of their achievements, some Fellows received immediate job offers, while those building tech startups were invited to join an acceleration program championed by the Minister. This move underscores his commitment to empowering young Nigerians with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in the digital economy.

Adabanija Raheemat Abisola Director, Management Information Centre, Other notable dignitaries and stakeholders.
In his closing remarks, Minister Tijani reiterated his dedication to driving digital innovation and economic growth, stating that he would continue to push initiatives that enable more Nigerian youths to acquire the skills necessary for success in today’s tech-driven world.
