Mimiko to headline Oduduwa Women conference 

The Oduduwa Women Council has announced immediate past Governor of Ondo State, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, as the keynote speaker at its public lecture in commemoration of the 2018 International Women’s Day celebration.

In a statement by his Special Assistant on New media and Digital Communications, John Paul Akinduro, Mimiko is expected to speak on the topic “Press for Progress: Women Inclusion in Leadership, Decision Making and Political Participation,” at the occasion, which will hold at the Events Center, in Ikeja, Lagos, on Thursday.

The theme will focus on parameters to be put in place to ensure better involvement and participation of women in a leadership role, political activities and the decision making the process of the country.
