Famous Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has confirmed the engagement of Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla, to popular Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
This confirmation comes after Priscilla shared a romantic video featuring herself and Juma Jux in traditional Nigerian attire, sparking wedding rumours on social media.
The video, which had the caption “Ololufemi” meaning “my beloved,” was also reposted by Juma Jux on his Instagram.
Mercy Aigbe, a close friend of Iyabo Ojo, took to Instagram to congratulate the couple, officially confirming the engagement.
She reposted Priscilla’s video and expressed her happiness, writing:
“Yeah! My Baby is taken. Congratulations my love @its.priscy, our in-law @juma_jux we welcome you with open arms and love, we no dey joke with our daughter oh. But we trust you. May you both continue to flourish in unlimited peace, joy, laughter, and blessings. @iyaboojofespris congratulations Ore, you have done well, and I am proud of you.”
Iyabo Ojo, responding to Aigbe’s post, affectionately referred to her as the friend of the bride, speaking in Yoruba.
