The yet-to-be-identified body of a middle-aged man was discovered hanging from a tree in the L. Adisa area of Akinyele Local Government on Monday.
The man was said to have committed suicide for reasons yet to be determined at the time of filing this report.
Residents in the neighborhood were alerted by passersby.
The attention of the police and other security agencies has been drawn to the incident.

The police, supported by the Western Security Network, have reportedly recovered the corpse and deposited it at an undisclosed morgue in the state.
Speculation continues to grow about what may have led the deceased to take his own life.
