The Chief Executive Officer of Dee Utensils, Lois Andrew Ihwo has noted that partnering with international companies and producing quality and luxurious utensils made high-value customers keep coming back.
The Dee Utensils boss, who insisted that the company deals with only luxury utensils, said she traveled across the globe to get unique designs to be able to satisfy her customers.
While boasting of having millions of customers across the globe on Tuesday, Ihwo noted that many of her customers are through referrals based on the high quality and affordable luxurious utensils sold by Dee Utensils.
“We have a high rate of high-earned clients because we have luxury kitchen utensils. We sell the luxury ones, we don’t sell the common utensils you see in the market.
“The products are unique and very luxurious, hence, we have high quality and classic people that buy from us because they know the value, quality, and brand of what they are buying from us.
“We keep the standard, we don’t drop standard no matter the dollar rate, people know the value, that is why they keep buying from us and we are still keeping the standard.
“We have millions of satisfied customers. A lot of people across the globe have been sending messages and reviews about Dee Utensils. We have a lot of followers on our social media handles.
“Apart from the walk-in customers, people have been coming from different parts of the world. In fact, the selling point of Dee Utensils is referral because when a client buys from us and they enjoy the product, they tell someone and the person will another person and that is how the trend continues.
“We have a lot of testimonies from customers who have used our products and they can attest to the fact that we are one of the best you can find around,” she said.
On how she keeps getting unique kitchen utensils for her high-earned customers, Dee Utensils’ boss explained, “Because I have a lot of factories that I partner with, so, anytime there is a new design, they send to me, I then make my orders if I am not traveling. Most times, I changed the company I transact with so that I would not be using one design for so long. I have to look for a lot of companies to partner with. I am always alert, think ahead, and work ahead to see that I have something different from what others can offer.
“I traveled a lot. Most of our goods factory supply us from Turkey, Germany, the US, the UK, China, Dubai, and India, among other countries. We have connections with most of these factories and we go as far as producing our products, and our own design because the passion I have for this business is high.”
