The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the Ikpoba-Okha local government area of Edo State.
This was announced at the ongoing collation of results led by the Returning Officer, Professor Faruq Adamu Kuta, the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology (FUT), Minna.
According to the collation officer for the local govt, Asue Ighodalo of the PDP scored 26,382 votes to defeat Monday Okpebholo of the APC who polled 16,338 votes.
