Lawrence Chidi Enweriku has emerged as a revered gospel music minister, captivating hearts with his profound passion for kingdom worship.
Born on November 25, 1975, in the bustling city of Lagos State, he hails from Ndokwa East local government, in Delta State, Nigeria. Lawrence’s music is deeply influenced by his culturally vibrant upbringing, creating a unique blend of spiritual depth and artistic expression.
His academic journey began at Brigade Primary School and Army Cantonment Boys Secondary School in Ojo, Lagos, followed by an OND from Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University in 1999.
Residing in the United States of America, Lawrence has established himself as a passionate psalmist and songwriter, dedicated to uplifting his listeners through his soul-stirring music.
His songs, “Onyeoma” from his album “Victory”, “Igbo worship” and the inspiring “Halleluyah Medley,” have become anthems of praise, resonating with audiences and fostering transformative worship experiences. Guided by a divine calling, Lawrence uses his music to connect with and inspire those seeking God’s love.
In 2009, Lawrence founded DeCovenant Music Entertainment, he also adopted the stage name “Lawerence & DeConvenant”, performing as a solo artist and also as an ensemble which is inseparable.
Lawrence has an impressive music career that runs from 2014 to 2020 reflects his prolific artistry. His albums include Grace released in 2014, Glory in 2017, Praise & Miracle (Live) in 2017, and Victory which was dropped in 2020, each showcasing his ability to craft music that inspires faith and devotion.
