Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) is set to host the maiden edition of the ÀGBẸ́ LÓBÁ Festival, an exciting agricultural research and cultural exhibition aimed at promoting innovation, enterprise, and indigenous excellence within the agricultural sector.
The festival, scheduled to hold at the university’s Iseyin Campus, is organized in partnership with the institution and the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Oyo State on Project Delivery.
ÀGBẸ́ LÓBÁ, meaning “Farmer is King,” will spotlight agricultural research, locally produced goods, and cultural displays from students, alumni, and innovators with roots in LAUTECH. The event is designed to foster collaboration between academia, industry, and the government, while empowering the next generation of agricultural leaders.
Top dignitaries, including the Executive Governor of Oyo State, state commissioners, traditional rulers, LAUTECH alumni, and key stakeholders from Iseyin, are expected to grace the occasion. The Aseyin of Iseyin will serve as the Royal Father of the Day, further affirming the cultural and community significance of the event.
The ÀGBẸ́ LÓBÁ Festival will be managed by Hertz Universe PR, a leading event and public relations agency, bringing professional execution and creative delivery to the initiative.
