Lagos Speaker, Obasa’s unusual 51st birthday celebration

Speaker of the Lagos State Assembly, Mr Mudashiru Obasa, clocked 51 recently and he didn’t allow the day passed by without some activities.

Described as a friend of many within the Lagos political circle, Obasa opted for an unusual celebration as he stormed some government schools in Agege to spread the joy of his special day.

It was a moment of pep talks and leadership debate, with the politician making some pledges and donations.

In his team was the Vice Chancellor of the Lagos State University, Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello who also dared the pupils to be the best they can be and advised them not to be discouraged with their parent’s financial conditions.

It was a moment of laughter and excitement with the students trooping out in their numbers to shake and take pictures with the Lagos Speaker.
