The amusement park which has the essential facilities and equipment needed to keep children in funfil high spirit has been opened for use.
According to Mr Kayode Bakare, Managing Director, Lagos Airport Hotel, ‘The idea of the amusement Park was muted by the management and we agreed that if we have been able to take care of the parents via accommodation, swimming pool, gymnasium, casino, then we should be able to have a cool place for the children who will grow to be parents and also patrons of the hotel . Hence , we decided to plant the amusement park with all these rides here.”
He pointed out ‘it will interest you to know that the hotel is not and has not expended any large sum on the establishment of this multi – million naira amusement Park .it is on a PPP concern which is a win- win investment for the hotel.’’
He revealed ‘‘though the amusement park is in operation, but it has not been officially inaugurated. The inauguration and public launching will be done soonest . However , it is there for use for the Valentine’s Day.’’
