Nigeria-China Strategic Partnership (NCSP) has described the emergence of Oba Rasidi Ladoja as a new chapter in the history of the ancient town.
Its Director-General, Mogaji Joseph Tegbe, made this remark while paying homage to Ladoja at his Bodija residence, Ibadan, at the weekend.
He said his emergence as Olubadan is not only a blessing but also the dawn of a new era.
Mogaji Tegbe noted Oba Ladoja’s decades of exemplary leadership, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the progress of Oyo State.
He further remarked that Ibadan is entering a new chapter under a monarch whose political experience, cultural grounding, and abiding love for his people will shape a legacy of unity and development.
The visit was characterised by warmth, prayers, and goodwill, underscoring both unity and the enduring reverence for Ibadan’s time-honoured traditional institution.
Tegbe was accompanied on the visit by his wife and political associates.
