Senator Dino Melaye has lost his nephew, Juwon Oluyomi during Saturday’ governorship and senatorial elections at Ayetoro.
It was gathered that he died on Sunday morning following the injury he sustained from a gunshot.
A source close to the family said he was shot at Ayetoro on Satuday while election was going on.
The source further added that it was stray bullet that hit him and was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately he died on Sunday morning.
All efforts to speak with Senator Melaye on the incident proved abortive as his phone could not be connected.
