Renowned Nollywood actress Jaiye Kuti has officially unveiled her new real estate project, Terravilla Estate, in Arogunmasa Compound, Afara Village, near Kori Oja, Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, Mowe, Ogun State. The project promises to provide affordable and strategic land options for prospective homeowners.

The unveiling ceremony drew a host of celebrities from the film industry, including Foluke Daramola-Salako, Bimbo Oshin, Doyin Kukoyi, and Leye Fabusoro, among others. Jaiye Kuti expressed her gratitude to her family, colleagues, and friends for their support, acknowledging the success of the project.

Terravilla Estate boasts a prime location, with proximity to major landmarks such as Nestlé, the airport, Magodo, Abeokuta, and Ibadan. The estate offers flexible payment options, with prices starting at ₦20m per acre for a limited time.

This milestone marks Jaiye Kuti’s foray into real estate development, joining the growing list of Nollywood stars who have ventured into the industry. With her extensive experience as a brand ambassador for various companies, Jaiye Kuti’s new role as an estate owner is a significant step in her entrepreneurial journey. The Terravilla Estate project is set to provide a unique opportunity for individuals to own a piece of land and build their dream homes.
