The 12-year-old son of my neighbour suddenly started jerking and rolling his eyes with foam coming out of his mouth two days ago. By the time he stopped, he had already urinated on himself. Kindly let me know if this is Epilepsy and if so, I want to know if I should pack out of the house to avoid catching the disease.

Although the description you have given looks like an epilepsy but a doctor will still need to gather more information from your neighbour’s son and examining him before confirming that the ailment is actually due to Epilepsy. Even if it is Epilepsy, you have nothing to worry about. Contrary to many beliefs, the disease is not infectious.
