According to the spokesperson of the Oyo State Squash Association, Kayode Ayeni, the festival will have squash, badminton and lawn tennis players across the state trading tackles in the three sports scheduled for a three-day long festival.
Founder, Adekunle Adebiyi Foundation, who also doubles as the chairman, main organising committee, Adekunle Adebiyi, noted that the festival was aimed at encouraging young children to get involved in active participation in sports.
The festival will feature three sports: Squash, Badminton and Lawn Tennis. Dignitaries expected to attend the event are: President, Nigeria Squash Federation, Boye Oyerinde, Chairman, Oyo State Badminton Association, General Manager, Oyo State Sports Council, Gboyega Makinde, and Commissioner for Youth and Sport, Abayomi Oke and host of others.
